Jasmine is a highly motivated individual with a passion for all things security with a base in Application Security. She loves to take complex topics and break them down to easily digestible chunks for non-Information Security professionals to understand.

She has experience in secure code review, and application development in the following programming languages – Java, JavaScript, and Python. She has the following certifications: GSEC, GSSP-JAVA, GWAPT, AZ-900, and she’s currently studying for the OSCP.

Jasmine created the following blog – where she writes about penetration testing topics from the OWASP Top 10 as well as solving Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges (with write-ups) for the absolute beginner.

Jasmine also created the IntroToAndroidSecurity virtual machine (which was inspired by AndroidTamer) that has the common tools needed for Android Mobile Hacking.

In her spare time, she likes to learn different facets of security. Her current passion project is learning embedded application security and Android security. She would like to make medical devices more secure.
